Paolo Vanoli met with the gathered media on Friday to look ahead to Sunday's visit of Napoli to the Stadio Franchi. Here are some excerpts from this press conference at Rocco B Commisso Viola Park:

NAPOLI - “We're up against a really, really good team. It's going to be a great challenge. The players know what I want to see from them. Napoli have strength in depth and they're one of the favorites for the title. They have players who can win a match by themselves – [Kevin] De Bruyne for example is a big player.”

DRAGUSIN - “Radu trained today and he's fine.”

DOUBLE PIVOT – “We have a lot of skilful players from the midfield forward and an array of different qualities in our players. The most important thing is we keep our shape and use the space well.”

SUBSTITUTIONS - “The subs can have a huge role to play over the course of the 90 minutes. I think [Willy] Gnonto, for example, was the best player on the pitch the other night [against Pisa]. He turned in an amazing performance.”

PENALTY TAKERS – “The most important thing is that the team always comes first. [Pedro] Goncalves and [Franco] Mastantuono are two good penalty-takers.”

GONCALVES - “He prefers to play through the middle but he's totally available to do what the team needs. He can really hurt opponents when he plays between the lines.”

ALLEGRI - “[Max] Allegri is a winner. He quickly learns how to get the best out of the teams he coaches."
