From 12:00 PM on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, until 11:59 AM on Tuesday, July 15, 2025.

During this phase, 2024/2025 season ticket holders can renew their current seat or choose a new one from the available options at the priority rate.

From 12:00 PM on Monday, July 21, 2025, until 6:00 PM on Monday, July 28, 2025 or until all available season ticket seats are sold out.
Both the conditions of PHASE 1 — with seat renewal priority for 2024/25 season ticket holders — and those of PHASE 2 — with priority pricing for former 2023/24 season ticket holders — remain in effect.
At the same time, the GENERAL SALE for all remaining season ticket seats is officially open.

On Tuesday, July 29, 2025, all fans who have already subscribed to the 2025/2026 season ticket will be able to request a seat change within the same section.
This operation will be possible exclusively at the Fiorentina Point (Via dei Sette Santi 28r, corner with Via Dupré), with continuous opening hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Starting at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, once the seats previously reserved for 2024/25 season ticket holders are released, the GENERAL SALE phase will resume and remain active until Monday, September 1, 2025, or until all available season ticket seats are sold out.

During this phase, new UNDER 14 subscribers will be able to purchase their season ticket online, provided it is purchased together with a FULL, LOYAL SUPPORTER, OVER 70, or UNDER 25 (if of legal age) season ticket.

Warning about Redevelopment, Renovation, and Upgrading Works at Artemio Franchi Stadium

ACF Fiorentina informs that, due to redevelopment, renovation, and upgrading works at Artemio Franchi Stadium by the Municipality of Florence currently underway, the MAC, PMC3, and PM3 sectors may be temporarily affected by access restrictions, closures, and/or availability changes during the 2026/2027 Sports Season.

Therefore, fans with subscriptions for these sectors interested in renewal are hereby informed that, during the unavailability period, ACF Fiorentina will assign a different seat, within the same category if possible.

ACF Fiorentina will communicate the procedures for any such temporary relocation as soon as possible and, once works affecting the relevant sector are completed, will notify fans about the restoration of the original seat.

SECTOR NOT AVAILABLE FOR SALE

Those who held a subscription in sector MAL2 during the 2025/26 season can benefit from a special rate to subscribe in sector MAF; this rate is valid throughout PHASES 1 and 2.

• The season ticket includes 20 matches: all home games of the Serie A Enilive 2025/26 and the single-leg Round of 16 home match of the Coppa Italia Frecciarossa 2025/26.
• The season ticket is TRANSFERABLE to another person holding an InViola Premium Card for up to 5 MATCHES, excluding games against Inter, Milan, Juventus, Napoli, and Roma. Discounted season tickets can only be transferred to individuals belonging to the same or a lower eligible category.
  Transfers for UNDER 14 tickets are only allowed to other UNDER 14 fans.
• For high-demand matches (as defined solely at Fiorentina’s discretion), season ticket holders will have priority access to purchase additional tickets. For matches in other competitions, the priority access will be time-based only and will not apply to the reserved seat.
• Among the services offered to season ticket holders is the option to RESELLtheir seat if unable to attend one or more matches, through two methods:
  • RESALE VIA VIVATICKET NETWORK: Those who use this option will receive 50% of the resale value, redeemable on other ticketing products within 12 months from the credit issuance date.
    This resale option is not available for UNDER 14 season tickets.
  • VIOLA TICKET SWAP: Allows you to resell your season ticket to a specific fan holding an INVIOLA PREMIUM CARD. The recipient will pay 50% of the standard full-price ticket for the corresponding section of the season ticket.
• The season ticket holder will also receive 300 INVIOLA POINTS to participate in the InViola loyalty program.

UNDER 14 DISCOUNT: Reserved for those born on or after 01/01/2012. Purchase is only allowed in combination with a FULL, LOYAL SUPPORTER, OVER 70, or UNDER 25 season ticket (if of legal age) for the 2025/26 season.

LOYAL SUPPORTER: Discount for fans who have held a season ticket for 10 consecutive years, starting from the 2015/16 season (excluding the 2020/21 and 2021/22 seasons). Available until July 28 at 6:00 PM.

UNDER 25: Discount for those born on or after 01/01/2001.

OVER 70: Discount for those born on or before 12/31/1955.

Discounted subscription rate reserved for groups of minimum 2 and maximum 4 persons, including at least 1) a minor under 18 years old at subscription purchase date and 2) a parent or relative within the fourth degree of kinship of the minor referred to in point 1).

For the discounted rate application, all subscriptions under the same VIOLA FAMILY must be subscribed simultaneously, for the same section and in seats reserved for this promotion.

The VIOLA FAMILY consists of the following subscription categories:

• VIOLA FAMILY UNDER 18: subscription reserved for individuals under 18 years old at the subscription purchase date, subscribed simultaneously with at least one VIOLA FAMILY ADULT subscription registered to a parent or relative within the fourth degree.
• VIOLA FAMILY ADULT: subscription reserved for members of the same VIOLA FAMILY as the minor subscriber, among whom must be at least a parent or relative within the fourth degree of the minor holding the VIOLA FAMILY UNDER 18 subscription.

By subscribing to the VIOLA FAMILY ADULT subscription, each holder declares the obligation to supervise the minor(s) included in the same VIOLA FAMILY during access, presence, and participation in the matches and events allowed by the VIOLA FAMILY subscription.

To verify possession of the requirements set by this promotion and to protect minors, ACF Fiorentina reserves the right to carry out checks at any time, including at entry to the sports facility, requesting proof documentation verifying the declared kinship and other required conditions.

If the requirements are not met, or if declarations are found false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate in whole or in part, ACF Fiorentina may cancel, suspend, and/or revoke the affected subscriptions without refund, as stated in the general purchase conditions.

In any case, the purchase and use of the subscription by the minor, as well as access and presence within the sports facility, must comply with the General Subscription Conditions in force and the provisions adopted by ACF Fiorentina and made known via its official channels.

BUY VIOLA FAMILY

Discounted subscription rate reserved for those under 14 years old at the date of purchase.

Subscriptions registered to individuals under fourteen years of age can only be purchased if simultaneously bought and linked to a subscription registered to a parent or a relative within the fourth degree, who assume responsibility for the minor and the related supervision obligation during access, stay, and participation in events at the sports facility.

In any case, the purchase and use of the subscription by the minor, as well as access and stay within the sports facility, must comply with the General Subscription Conditions in force and the provisions adopted by ACF Fiorentina and announced through its official channels.

Among the services offered to season ticket holders is the option to RESELL their seat if they are unable to attend one or more matches, with two available methods:

Through PAYPAL, for those who purchase online, it is possible to split the subscription into 3 interest-free installments.

In view of the renovation works planned for the 2026/27 football season, the configuration of certain stadium sections will be modified. As a result, it will not be possible to guarantee all 2025/26 season ticket holders the right of priority on the exact same seat or section previously occupied.

Those who, due to the new layout, cannot be granted priority access to their specific seat or section from the 2025/26 season will still be entitled to priority in terms of timing and pricing for the available seats in the new stadium configuration.

The Club reserves the right to provide further details and operational guidelines within the official timeline of the 2026/27 season ticket campaign.

The transfer of the right of first refusal for the 2025/26 season ticket can be done exclusively at the Fiorentina Point during the right of first refusal period until July 28, 2026.

To proceed with the transfer, the 2025/26 season ticket holder must provide the new owner with:

• the right of first refusal transfer form (available at Fiorentina Point), completed and signed
• a copy of their identity document
• a copy of the InViola Premium Card

While waiting to collect the final card, the barcode you received also allows access to the stadium and the purchase of tickets.
