After a long summer of preparations, the Fiorentina Primavera team is ready to kick off the new league campaign against Torino on Sunday August 17. The Primavera 1 match is scheduled for a 19:00 CEST kick-off at Viola Park's Stadio Curva Fiesole.
The Viola youngsters have a busy 2025/26 season ahead: besides the league and the Primavera Cup, they will also be competing in the UEFA Youth League for the first time in the club's history.
All of the 2005-born players who contributed to the team's run to the Scudetto final last season are now too old for the Primavera 1 championship, so it's up to the class of 2006 (and younger) to show what they've got.
Besides extending the contract of coach Galloppa – now in his third year at the helm – the club has maintained the rest of the coaching staff that has been developing the U20s for years: assistant coach Luca Antonelli, technical assistant Matteo Andorlini, match analyst Lorenzo Sandri, goalkeeping coach Massimiliano Benassi and fitness coach Giuseppe Mazza.
We hope to see a big crowd at Viola Park on Sunday evening to cheer on the team in their 2025/26 season opener!
