A touch of Viola cuisine in Uruguay

Yesterday, at the residence of the Italian ambassador in Montevideo Fabrizio Petri, a "binational" culinary event was held as part of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World.

In the presence of Uruguayan footballers with a past in our championship, government and sports authorities and restaurateurs, our chef Duccio Pistolesi also spoke, who collaborated in the creation of a culinary proposal shared with the chef of the Uriguayan national team Aldo Cauteruccio, in order to reach younger people and promote Italian cuisine and its sustainability for health in the sports sector.
