Gaetano Castrovilli was forced to withdraw from Thursday’s training session after feeling a sudden pain in his right calf. Subsequent medical tests revealed that Castrovilli has suffered a grade 1-2 tear of the myotendinous junction in the medial calf muscle in his right leg. The 25-year-old has already started his recovery process and his conditions will be reassessed in the coming days. 

Meanwhile, Riccardo Sottil is continuing his rehabilitation programme with work out on the pitch while Arthur Cabral upped the intensity of his recovery. 

Lucas Martinez Quarta joined up with the rest of his team-mates for the full session.
