Sporting director Daniele Prade held a press conference at the Stadio Artemio Franchi, reflecting on last season as well as looking forward to the upcoming campaign.

OBJECTIVES ACHIEVED
"We stayed true to ourselves, showed solidity, and achieved our objectives. Last season was very positive, although those outside the club were less enthusiastic about it than I expected. We were only able to bask in the glory for a day, which is a shame."

MANDRAGORA
"He’s a footballer we know a lot about and his versatility is a great advantage. He can fit in as a deep-lying playmaker, in a box-to-box role or as part of a two-man midfield. Mandragora is a top player and will bring a lot to the team and Florence."
