ON NAPOLI - "We take a lot of positives from Napoli. We showed we could react to Torino, we were smart, mature. I found my team again."

ON IMPROVING AS A COACH - "I'm improving as a coach thanks to the club, the players, the city, the fans. For the future, nobody can say that they can stop improving, there is always something to learn."

ON DEFEATS - "During a season it happens to not be perfect, to not be what you prepared - I think this happened to us at Torino. Sometimes these defeats make you think and improve."

ON GENOA - "Genoa have important players, they are struggling, but they will try to get results in every game. For us tomorrow has to see us play like we know. Against Genoa we need to show our mentality - play our football and get the best out of it."
