ON DECISION MAKING - "Decision making in the final third is something which Fiorentina have to improve on quickly - we cannot waste chances, we must be clinical. How we approach matches is good, we create a lot of chances."

ON CONCEDING - "Right now, when we concede and go behind we suffer, and this shouldn't happen. It's early in the season, if we concede we should just carry on playing like we know."

ON FOULS -  "Our players are fouled a lot, it means we have a lot of possession, and I like this aspect, it means we're often in control."

ON MENTALITY - "We're on the right path. The mentality we seek is the one that makes us leave the pitch thinking we could have won."

ON BONAVENTURA - "Jack Bonaventura is in great shape, he is an intelligent player and can be a difference maker."
