“We’re very pleased to be embarking on a new adventure with Kappa®, a brand we were very keen to work with on account of its Italian identity and its many years of experience in the world of sport,” said Fiorentina general director Joe Barone. “I’m sure that, working together, we’ll be able to create collections which combine great variety with technical innovation and Italian traditions for our teams and our fans.”

“We’re proud to be working with such a historic club as Fiorentina, who were the first Italian team to win a European competition: the Cup Winners’ Cup,” said Alessandro Boglione, who signed the agreement and is the CEO of BasicItalia, the BasicNet company which distributes the group’s collections in the main European markets. “The Kappa® Research and Development department will draw on its experience to help the players and the team, who I’m sure will give us plenty to celebrate. We’ll work with our leading brands to ensure that this collaboration becomes synonymous with style and technology, both on and off the football field.”

The official Kappa® Kombat™ 2021 jerseys will be launched on social media today and will be available to purchase in Fiorentina Stores, on www.fiorentinastore.com and on www.kappa.com straight away.
