ACF Fiorentina announces that, for the continuation of the Serie A Enilive championship match Fiorentina-Inter (Week 14), interrupted at minute 16' of the first half on 1/12/2024, scheduled for Thursday 06/02/2025 h 20.45, the tickets purchased through the Vivaticket circuit will remain valid and below is the information regarding the use of the various types of tickets already sold:
CHANGING TICKET USERS
For tickets purchased valid for access to the Local sectors (Maratona, Tribuna, Curva Ferrovia) it will be possible to change the user from 2.00 p.m. on 03/02/2025 until 8.45 p.m. on 05/02/2025 in compliance with the sales restrictions and the characteristics of the fare purchased.
For Guest Sector tickets, it will not be possible to change names.
VIOLA WEEK - PACK 3 MATCHES 2024/25
The match in question was included in the Viola Week Pack 3 gare 2024/25 and for the holders will be possible to make the change of user, on fidelity card for the packs loaded on InViola Premium/Gold card or using the fiscal seal in the case of pack on paper ticket, from 14.00 on 03/02/2025 until 20.45 on 05/02/2025, in accordance with the sales restrictions and the characteristics of the fare purchased.
2024/25 SEASON TICKETS
The match in question is included in the 2024/25 season tickets, but not among those in which one of the five user changes provided for in the season ticket can be made. It will be possible to resell your seat via the specific season ticket resale page until 19.45 on 05/02/2025, with the exception of those who have already made use of the resale (for whom it will only be possible to do so again if a refund has been requested by the holder of the ticket purchased in the resale page).
REFUND OF TICKETS
As communicated on 12/12/2024 requests for reimbursement must be received between 16:00 on 12/12/2024 and 23:59 on 22/12/2024 with the specifications contained in the relative communication:

GIFT TICKETS
Complimentary tickets issued by the Club for the match on 1 December 2024 will not remain valid.
FEDERAL ACCREDITATION
The accreditations for federal cards granted for the competition on 1 December 2024 will not remain valid. Therefore, interested parties will have to make a new request from 10.00 a.m. on 04/02/2025 until 2.00 p.m. on 05/02/2025 by sending an e-mail to accreditifederali@acffiorentina.it attaching an identity document and photo/scan of the valid federal card (2023 or 2024); confirmation of the accreditation or not will follow.
SINGLE PHASE
Local sectors: available from 2:00 PM on February 3rd, 2025 until kick-off.
Promo Generazione Viola rate available for InViola Premium/Gold Card holders.
Away Sector (Curva Esterna CE1):
Sales for the Away Sector, located in Curva Esterna (CE1) with limited capacity, will begin on February 3rd, 2025, from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM on February 5th, 2025, exclusively for FC INTER fidelity card holders.
Following resolutions no. 50/2024 ONMS and Organizational Measures taken at the G.O.S.:
Residents of the Lombardy region can purchase tickets only for the Away Sector, with an FC INTER fidelity card.

📜 Acceptance of Regulations:
Being in possession of an access ticket automatically implies acceptance of the Stadium Rules of Use and the Code of Conduct.
🛂 Data Check at Entry:
Verification at the entrance of the ticket holder's personal details against those registered on the ticket. It is mandatory to present an identity document that certifies the place of residence (driver’s licenses are not accepted).
PROMO GENERAZIONE VIOLA: promotion rate dedicated to InViola Premium/Gold Card holders.
REDUCED UNDER 14: InViola Premium/Gold Card not required; rate reserved for those born from 01/01/2011 and the purchase is allowed when combined with a PROMO GENERAZIONE VIOLA ticket or a FULL PRICE ticket.
REDUCED UNDER 14 FOR SEASON TICKET HOLDERS: InViola Premium/Gold Card not required; promotion reserved to those born from 01/01/2011 and the purchase is allowed exclusively when combined with a 24/25 Season Ticket, by entering the number of the season ticket holder’s card.

Resold subscriptions for the original match date will not grant access to the stadium and cannot be resold again unless a refund for the ticket generated from the resale has been requested within the designated timeframe.
If the refund for the ticket generated from the resale has been requested, the subscription can be resold again or used directly by the holder to enter the stadium.

For all those who have lost their paper tickets (non-digital tickets) it will be possible to collect a replacement ticket at the Fiorentina Point on match day 06/02/2025 during opening hours (9.30 a.m. - 08.45 p.m.). Holders of digital tickets (pdf or uploaded to the InViola Premium/Gold card) will be able to download it again from the email containing the ticket received at the time of purchase from no_reply@vivaticket.com.
Sales for the remaining tickets of Away Sector, located in Curva Esterna (CE1) with limited capacity, will begin on February 3rd, 2025, from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM on February 5th, 2025, exclusively for FC INTER fidelity card holders.
