PHASE ONE (PROMO GENERAZIONE VIOLA):
From 12:00 PM on 10 September 2025 until 11:59 PM on the day before the game.
To purchase tickets for the home sections, each ticket holder, excluding Under14s, must hold an InViola Premium Card, with the exception of the Tribuna Vip, Tribuna d’Onore and Poltronissima sections.
Residents of the province of Florence and foreign citizens will be allowed to purchase tickets for the home sections, excluding the Curva Ferrovia section, without the InViola Premium Card, at the Fiorentina Point (also via email at fiorentinapoint@acffiorentina.it).
PHASE TWO (MATCH-DAY FULL PRICE):
Phase active on match day with Full Matchday rate.
To purchase tickets for the home sections, each ticket holder, excluding Under14s, must hold an InViola Premium Card, with the exception of the Tribuna Vip, Tribuna d’Onore and Poltronissima sections.
Residents of the province of Florence and foreign citizens will be allowed to purchase tickets for the home sections, excluding the Curva Ferrovia section, without the InViola Premium Card, at the Fiorentina Point (also via email at fiorentinapoint@acffiorentina.it).
Sales for the Away Sector, identified as CURVA ESTERNA (CE1) with a capacity limited to 300 seats, will start at 3:00 PM on 10 September 2025. Sales will end at 07:00 PM on the day before the game, only for SSC NAPOLI fidelity card holders.

Following the Organizational Measures taken for the match:

All individuals (including children of any age and height) must be in possession of a ticket
📜 Acceptance of Regulations:
Being in possession of an access ticket automatically implies acceptance of the Stadium Rules of Use and the Code of Conduct.
🛂 Data Check at Entry:
Verification at the entrance of the ticket holder's personal details against those registered on the ticket. It is mandatory to present an identity document that certifies the place of residence (driver’s licenses are not accepted).
Limited availability rate, available exclusively at the Fiorentina Point (also reachable via email at fiorentinapoint@acffiorentina.it)and reserved for all individuals born from 01/01/2022. Purchase is only allowed together with an accompanying adult (a relative up to the 4th degree) who holds a valid ticket or 2025/26 season ticket.
The price is € 3.00 (including presale fees) in Curva Ferrovia, Maratona and Tribuna.

The resale amount will be split 50/50 between ACF Fiorentina and the season ticket holder.
The portion due to the season ticket holder will be credited to a Fiorentina Ticketing Gift Card.
🔄VIOLA TICKET SWAP
Season ticket resale to a specific InViola Premium Card holder.
The new user will purchase it at a price equal to 50% of the value of the PROMO GEN VIOLA or FULL PRICE rate for the corresponding section.
