PHASE ONE (PROMO GENERAZIONE VIOLA):
From 12:00 PM on 10 September 2025 until 11:59 PM on the day before the game.
To purchase tickets for the home sections, each ticket holder, excluding Under14s, must hold an InViola Premium Card, with the exception of the Tribuna Vip, Tribuna d’Onore and Poltronissima sections.
Residents of the province of Florence and foreign citizens will be allowed to purchase tickets for the home sections, excluding the Curva Ferrovia section, without the InViola Premium Card, at the Fiorentina Point (also via email at fiorentinapoint@acffiorentina.it).
PHASE TWO (MATCH-DAY FULL PRICE):
Phase active on match day with Full Matchday rate.
To purchase tickets for the home sections, each ticket holder, excluding Under14s, must hold an InViola Premium Card, with the exception of the Tribuna Vip, Tribuna d’Onore and Poltronissima sections.
Residents of the province of Florence and foreign citizens will be allowed to purchase tickets for the home sections, excluding the Curva Ferrovia section, without the InViola Premium Card, at the Fiorentina Point (also via email at fiorentinapoint@acffiorentina.it).
Sales for the Away Sector, identified as CURVA ESTERNA (CE1) with a capacity limited to 300 seats, will start at 3:00 PM on 10 September 2025. Sales will end at 07:00 PM on the day before the game, only for SSC NAPOLI fidelity card holders.

Following the Organizational Measures taken for the match:
In order to access the stadium, all individuals (including children of any age and height) must be in possession of a ticket. The ownership of a ticket to the Artemio Franchi Stadium automatically implies acceptance of the Stadium Use Regulations and the Code of Conduct, which can be consulted in the section of the official website www.acffiorentina.com/documents.
At the entrance of the stadium, personal data will be checked against the ones entered at the moment of purchase. It is mandatory to show a valid identity document that certifies the residence.
Limited availability rate, available exclusively at the Fiorentina Point (also reachable via email at fiorentinapoint@acffiorentina.it)and reserved for all individuals born from 01/01/2022. Purchase is only allowed together with an accompanying adult (a relative up to the 4th degree) who holds a valid ticket or 2025/26 season ticket.
The price is € 3.00 in Curva Ferrovia € 3.00 in Maratona e € 3.00 in Tribuna (including presale fees).
Season ticket holders will be able to use the resale service until 25 hours before the game from
In case of successful resale, the subscriber will receive the credit due to them (50% of the face value of resale of the ticket). The credit will be charged on Gift Card valid for 12 months and it will be possible to use it for any online ACF Fiorentina ticketing event. The ticket can only be repurchased at the PROMO GENERAZIONE VIOLA or FULL PRICE rate for the corresponding section. All unsold seats will be automatically returned to the subscriber.
Season ticket resale to a specific InViola Premium Card holder, who will be able to purchase it at a price equal to 50% of the value of the PROMO GENERAZIONE VIOLA or FULL PRICE rate for the corresponding section.

The price is €3.00 for the ticket holder and €7.00 for the accompanying person.

With midweek matches, extended hours until the end of the first half)
Saturday match day:
Match at 6 pm, 6:30 pm → opening at 9:30 am
Match at 8:45 pm → opening at 2 pm
Sunday match day:
Match at 12:30 pm → opening at 9 am
Match at 3:00 pm → opening at 9:30 am
Match at 6 pm, 6:30 pm, 8:45 pm → opening at 2 pm
(Saturday with regular weekly hours 9:30 am – 6 pm)
Accreditations can be requested from 10 to 3 days before the match by can be requested through the online form which can be found by clicking the button below attaching a valid ID and a photo/scan of the current F.I.G.C. card. You will receive confirmation or denial of the accreditation request.
