The Viola have been working hard, albeit minus some players, during the international break getting ready for their next Serie A match away to Massimiliano Allegri's AC Milan on Sunday evening.

Livio Marinelli will be the referee for the game, which kicks off at 20:45 CEST at San Siro.

The Rossoneri are on a five-match unbeaten run; they haven't gone six top-flight games without defeat since February-April 2024, when Stefano Pioli was in charge.

This weekend the Fiorentina boss will become the 13th coach to reach 500 matches in Serie A. Victory would be his 218th win, 108 of which were with Milan. The only coaches to have done better are Massimiliano Allegri, Giovanni Trapattoni and Luciano Spalletti.
