ACF Fiorentina announces that, from October 8, 2025, at 12:00 CEST to Monday, October 21, 2025, at 12:00 CEST, tickets to the sections reserved for Fiorentina fans for their second 2025/26 UEFA Conference League match will be available. The match will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 18:45 CEST at the Allianz Stadion-Weststadion, Vienna (Austria).

📅  CALENDAR AND SALES METHODS:

• FIRST PHASE - 2025/26 SERIE A SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

From October 8, 2025, at 12:00 CEST to October 10, 2025, at 12:00 CEST, there will be a phase dedicated to 2025/26 SERIE A season ticket holders, who will be required to enter a valid INVIOLA PREMIUM card number. Each card will allow for the purchase of only one ticket by entering the holder’s personal data.

• SECOND PHASE – INVIOLA PREMIUM CARD HOLDERS

 From October 10, 2025, at 12:01 CEST to October 21, 2025, at 12:00, there will be a phase dedicated to all INVIOLA PREMIUM card holders, who will be required to enter a valid card number. Each card will allow for the purchase of only one ticket by entering the card holder’s personal data.

📌  IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The system will generate a payment receipt that does NOT guarantee access to the Allianz Stadion-Weststadion in Vienna (Austria). 
• To access the stadium, fans must have the official ticket, which they will receive by email at the MyFiorentina account address they used to make the purchase, by October 22, 2025, from fiorentinapoint@acffiorentina.it.
• To make the purchase, users must have a valid InViola Premium Card and enter their personal information as indicated on the card while providing said information. 
• Newly purchased cards will be active starting from the day following the issuance.
• Any cards purchased by citizens born and/or residing in the country of origin of the host team will not be active for the purchase of tickets to the sections reserved for Fiorentina fans.
