Here are the comments the Fiorentina coach made ahead of the match against Como. He spoke at the Viola Park’s Wind Tre Media Center.
COMO - “I expect Fiorentina to win on Sunday. The team are training hard and well, and this match against Como will be a new opportunity for us. We’ll try to be more decisive. [Cesc] Fabregas’s team has been a tough opponent for everyone, including when they lost to Bologna. Again, Como are well trained, they have an impressive technical and tactical level as well as a well-prepared coach.”
NAPOLI - “I’m not happy with the way we handled the match against [Antonio] Conte’s team. We must acknowledge that our opponents played well, but we must do more. I’m happy with the final part of that match.”
FAZZINI - CAVIGLIA - FAGIOLI - “Anything is possible, including in midfield. What matters is that we perform well.”
FORMATION - “The players need to improve the way they play together. We can play however we want; what’s important is that we preserve our style of play. I believe that we have good qualities, and of course now it’s time to win.”
FABREGAS - “I met him in my final year coaching Milan. He’s a nice, intelligent person. He will become a great coach.”
PAZ - “The less he gets on the ball, the better, because he has great technical and physical attributes.”
KEAN - “He’s feeling better. He trained with the rest of the team today. [Albert] Gudmundsson is also feeling better. He will definitely be available on Sunday.”
