We can see from your smile how happy you are to join Fiorentina.

“Yeah, I'm really happy to be here. My first impression has been amazing. We have everything we need here to work well. I can't wait to start working with the team.”

You've acquired a lot of experience over the years.

“I have. I love being on the pitch. I'll do everything I can to help the team win as many games as possible.”

What are your best attributes?

“I try to score goals, set up my team-mates and show the fans there's a player out there who's giving his all for the club.”

Do you have a footballing idol?

“Cristiano Ronaldo.”

Do you know anything about the Viola fans and what the team means to the people of Florence?

“I do. This is a historic club. They've won the league twice and lots of other trophies. I remember Rui Costa, another Portuguese player. I hope to be able to reach that level.”
