Palladino: “A united group in difficult times”

Find out what the Fiorentina coach had to say ahead of the match against Lazio.

FORM
“We analyzed the game against Torino together. There’s definitely a feeling of disappointment, but matches like this must help us improve. We’ll try to get back to winning ways on Sunday. We weren’t exceptional in November and we’re certainly not weak now. Being overly critical doesn’t help anyone. We want to come out of this period stronger. Personally, I don’t read or let myself be influenced by anything. I’ve been in football for over 20 years and I focus on what’s best for the players and Fiorentina.”

TEAM
“There’s never been a lack of unity in the dressing room. The rumors I hear are completely false. The group is solid, compact and united. This week, we had a great evening together away from the pitch and it will certainly benefit us. I’m happy because I care deeply about my players.”

LAZIO
“The match on Sunday will be important, but not decisive. Lazio are in good form and have a great manager. We’ve prepared well and are ready for the challenge. My players are eager to bounce back.”

COMUZZO
“Pietro has played a lot, surpassing expectations and showing what he can bring. This week, he’s trained very well as always.”

COLPANI
“Andrea feels the responsibility and wants to do better. I’ll try to give him as much support as possible during this challenging time.”

CATALDI
“Danilo is recovering and we hope to have him back for the Roma match.”

TRANSFER MARKET
“The club is working hard and doing everything possible. My focus is on the team and getting results for Fiorentina.”

BIRAGHI
“We’ll see what happens between now and the end of the transfer window.”

KAYODE
“Mike has always given his all. The lad wanted more playing time and asked to leave to be able to get it.”

BOOING
“Criticism is part of the game and must push us to grow and bring out more in terms of our character.”
