Paolo Vanoli spoke to the media after Fiorentina's 1-1 draw with Atalanta on the final weekend of Serie A action.
On the future
“The club has always supported me. We had a meeting two weeks ago. They have an option on the contract. It's their decision to make. I've had the chance to work with [Fabio Paratici] and I think he's been able to get to know me. If I do remain as Fiorentina coach, I'd like it to be a top-level team because I'm ambitious and this club is anbitious.”
On Comuzzo
“You go through difficult spells in life and that's when you grow the most. Perhaps he showed his potential too early. He's been called up to the Italy squad so he's clearly a great prospect. He's always tried to learn and improve and I think he has a big future ahead of him.”
