Fiorentina U20 coach Daniele Galloppa shares his thoughts ahead of Thursday's Primavera championship final against Parma:

"Tactically it doesn't change much but on an emotional level it's very different. We'll see how we and our opponents deal with that.

"I've always thought that when the stakes are high you need to lighten the atmosphere and not add more pressure but if I'm honest it do feel quite tense personally. I think last year it was more of a surprise. Doing it again is always difficult and this final does feel different for some reason - but in a good way. You don't sleep much but it means you're still alive and in with a chance of achieving something big.

“As a coach, I've always gone about my job trying to give something to people individually, beyond just the results. I hope that people will remember what I try to convey. I've never separated myself as a person from my role as coach.

"My players have an incredible sense of belonging. If I had to describe them in one word, I'd say 'united'. The unity I see here in Florence, it's different to in many other clubs, and I hope Fiorentina remember that. That's the feeling I get from the team I'm working with.”
