Jacopo Fazzini expressed his joy at playing a key role for the team in their Conference League victory in Poland – his second start since returning from injury recently.

“We knew it wasn't going to be easy against this team in these weather conditions but we prepared well for the game. We started the first half cautiously to gauge our opponents and we defended well then came out more in the second. 

"It's not over as we still have the second leg to play in Florence but we're confident.”

What kind of a game was it for you personally? The coach said that with this performance you showed you can be counted on.

“I enjoyed myself out there and I hadn't done that for a while. It's a great feeling to be able to play for Fiorentina. I'm delighted.”
