Fiorentina's reward for overcoming Jagiellonia Bialystok in the UEFA Conference League play-offs is a round-of-16 tie against another Polish side: Rakow. 

The first leg is to be played at the Stadio Franchi on March 12, with the return leg in Poland one week later.
