Fiorentina see off Cremonese in crunch clash

Fiorentina produced a superb performance to defeat Cremonese 4-1 at the Stadio Giovanni Zini in a massive game at the bottom of the table.

The Viola scored twice either side of the break – Fabiano Parisi and Roberto Piccoli in the first, then Dodo and Albert Gudmundsson in the second half – with David Okereke on target for the hosts.

The result sees Paolo Vanoli's side pull four points clear of Cremonese, who remain in 18th place.
