ACF Fiorentina is pleased to announce the loan signing of Franco Mastantuono from Real Madrid C.F.

Mastantuono was born in Azul, Argentina on August 14, 2007 and made a precocious rise through the River Plate academy, with his senior debut coming at the age 16. He went on to play 64 games and score 10 goals for the Millonarios.

Last season he racked up 35 appearances in all competitions (Liga, Champions League, Copa del Rey, Spanish Super Cup) for Real Madird, with three goals.

Mastantuono is the youngest player ever to appear for the senior Argentina team and so far has four caps to his name.
