Fiorentina bids a fond farewell to Head Coach Daniele Galloppa and wishes him every success in this exciting new chapter of his professional career.

After a long career as a professional footballer, Galloppa joined Fiorentina’s youth sector in 2020 and, from 2023, took charge of the Primavera side. In his first season, he led the team to victory in the Coppa Italia Primavera; in the following campaign, he guided them to the league final; and on May 28, 2026, after a regular season spent consistently at the top of the standings, he led Fiorentina to the Primavera Scudetto. It was a title the Club had been waiting 43 years to win.

His qualities as a coach have always gone hand in hand with remarkable humanity and an outstanding ability to connect with young players, helping the talents of Fiorentina’s academy grow both on and off the pitch. Many of them have since gone on to begin successful professional careers.

President Giuseppe B. Commisso and his mother Catherine would like to express their deepest gratitude to Daniele, a man of great character and a highly accomplished professional, who gave Fiorentina the unforgettable joy of winning the Primavera Scudetto at the Rocco B. Commisso Viola Park.
