The educational event that was held at the Rocco B. Commisso Viola Park’s Wind Tre Media Center was attended by over 100 representatives of the club’s affiliated clubs.

The Fiorentina staff were very satisfied with the affiliated clubs’ great collaboration and constant participation that was once again evident during this event. By partnering up with the club, the clubs have also explicitly embraced Fiorentina’s methods and values.

The session focused on employing data analysis in pre-competitive activities as well as cutting-edge equipment presented by K-SPORT, Fiorentina’s Official Supplier, in accordance with the process of know-how transfer that the club has been carrying out throughout the 2025/26 season to support its affiliated clubs.

Monday’s event was preceded by three webinars on the technical, psychological and performance spheres; an on-site meeting on the importance of prioritizing talent development by adjusting the coaches’ working style; eight coaching sessions, which included the implementation of the Fiorentina Model that was previously covered in the classroom sessions.

The meeting at the Rocco B. Commisso Viola Park ended with the affiliated clubs being given Talento Viola (Viola Talent) shirts for the registered youth players who took on the role of fair play ambassadors and will be at the Stadio Artemio Franchi to watch Fiorentina v Sassuolo.

In particular, there was great enthusiasm for the psychology webinar on the relationship between the club and the registered players’ parents, conducted by Alessandro Cristafulli, the founder of the Scuola Genitori Sportivi, which is part of a collaboration project that will be further developed in the coming months.

During the event, there were also staff members of every Affiliated club, who actively participated in it and were highly motivated to discover the best ways to communicate with the families of their young players, so as to create a constructive relationship that can help young athletes grow both athletically and as people.

The event therefore covered a large number of topics, offered many insights and numerous opportunities. The clubs will be meeting again at the Rocco B. Commisso Viola Park at the next Clinic for the closing event of the season.
