The draw for the group stage of the inaugural Serie A Women’s Cup was made at FIGC headquarters in Via Allegri, Rome on Friday.

Fiorentina Women will face off against Inter, Como and Genoa in Group B according to the following schedule:

Matchday 1 – Sunday August 24: Fiorentina Women v Como Women

Matchday 2 – Sunday September 7: Internazionale Women v Fiorentina Women

Matchday 3 – Sunday September 14: Fiorentina Women v Genoa Women

Dates and times are to be confirmed. 

The group winners and best second-placed team will qualify for the semi-finals, to be played in the second half of September. 

The Serie A Women's Cup is being run in addition to Serie A – which will commence in October and this year has been expanded to 12 teams – and the Coppa Italia.
