ACF Fiorentina can confirm that the contract tying Stefano Pioli and his staff to the club has now been terminated by mutual consent. 

It's Stefano Pioli's enthusiasm upon his return to Florence and his popularity at the club and among the fans sadly did not bring the results we all hoped for. 

Now, thanks to the constructive collaboration between ACF Fiorentina and Stefano Pioli, an agreement has been reached to terminate the contract between the two parties. 

We wish Stefano Pioli the very best of luck for the next stage of his career.
