The countdown has begun for the highly anticipated Serie A Women clash between Fiorentina and Juventus.

Here's what our head coach Pablo Pinones Arce said ahead of the encounter:

“Juventus have always been one of the best teams. It’ll be an important game, but every match is big for us. They’ve always been a competitive team. They’ve shown this over the years. However, I think what’s most vital is to focus on what we’ll do.

“We need to carry on from where we’ve left off. We’re doing pretty good. Against Parma we didn’t just play well, but we showed so much heart and desire, and we got the three points. We’ve got to bring this to the fore on Monday.

“We’ve got to be ready for a game in which both teams will want to have their say. We’ve got to up the ante in 50/50s – we’ll need to win as many as we can.

“Our fans make a huge difference. I think it’s really important to have our fans with us, to play the role of the twelfth player.”
