2025/26 Season Ticket Holders: Priority renewals and seat retention remain active as per Phase 1.
General Sale: Open simultaneously for all remaining available season tickets.
On Wednesday, 29 July 2026, all fans who have already purchased a 2026/27 season ticket can request a seat change within the same section.

Notice regarding the redevelopment, renovation, and modernization of the Artemio Franchi Stadium
Fiorentina informs fans that, due to the ongoing redevelopment, renovation, and modernization works at the Artemio Franchi Stadium carried out by the Municipality of Florence, the MAC, PMC3, and PM3 sectors may be subject to temporary access restrictions, closures, and/or changes in seat availability during the 2026/2027 season.
Therefore, season ticket holders in these sectors who wish to renew are advised that, during any period of unavailability, ACF Fiorentina will reassign them to an alternative seat, within the same tier wherever possible.
Fiorentina will communicate the details of any temporary relocation as soon as possible and will notify affected fans once the works in their sector are completed to restore their original seats.

Fans who held a season ticket in Section MAL2 during the 2025/26 season can take advantage of a discounted rate to subscribe in Section MAF. This special rate will be active throughout Phase 1 and Phase 2.

🔄 Ticket Transferability: The season ticket can be transferred to another InViola Premium Card holder for a maximum of 5 matches, excluding games against Inter, Milan, Juventus, Napoli, and Roma. Reduced-rate season tickets can only be transferred to recipients eligible for the same or a lower discount category. Under-14 season tickets can only be transferred to another Under-14 fan.
Coppa Italia Priority: For the Coppa Italia Round of 64 match on 14/08/2026, season ticket holders will receive time-based priority access only (seat retention is not guaranteed).
Resale & Swap Options: Season ticket holders can resell their seat through the Fiorentina Official Resale Network or sell their seat directly to a specific InViola Premium Card holder at a reduced price via Viola Ticket Swap.
❗ Viola Family: Season tickets purchased under the Viola Family rate are not eligible for seat changes.
🟣 InViola Points: Season ticket holders will also receive 500 INVIOLA POINTS towards the InViola loyalty program.
UNDER 14: Valid exclusively for fans under 14 years old at the date of purchase. Must be purchased simultaneously with at least one full-fare season ticket for a parent or relative up to the 4th degree in the same section.
FEDELISSIMI (10-YEAR SUBSCRIBERS): Special discount for fans holding a season ticket for 10 consecutive years (since the 2016/17 season, excluding 2020/21 and 2021/22). Available until 28 July at 6:00 PM.
UNDER 25: Valid exclusively for fans under 25 years old at the date of purchase.
OVER 70: Valid exclusively for fans aged 70 or older at the date of purchase.
VIOLA FAMILY ADULT:* Reserved for members of the same Viola Family unit as the minor. At least one parent or relative up to the 4th degree of the Viola Family Under 18 holder must be included. Valid for designated seats in eligible sections.
VIOLA FAMILY UNDER 18:* Valid for youth under 18 years old at the date of purchase. Must be purchased simultaneously with at least one Viola Family Adult ticket for a parent or relative up to the 4th degree in designated seats within eligible sections.
VIOLA FRIENDS (2025/26 SUBSCRIBER)*: Reserved for 2025/26 season ticket holders renewing for 2026/27 who simultaneously bring a new subscriber in the same section. Available exclusively at Fiorentina Point.
VIOLA FRIENDS (NEW SUBSCRIBER)*: Reserved for new 2026/27 subscribers introduced simultaneously by a renewing 2025/26 holder in the same section. Available exclusively at Fiorentina Point.

Discounted season ticket rate reserved for groups of 2 to 4 people, which must include at least:
One minor under 18 years old at the date of purchase.
A parent or relative up to the 4th degree of the minor mentioned in point 1.
To qualify for the discounted rate, all season tickets within the same VIOLA FAMILY group must be purchased simultaneously, for the same section, and in designated promo seats.
The VIOLA FAMILY package includes the following ticket categories:
VIOLA FAMILY UNDER 18: Reserved for individuals under 18 years of age at the date of purchase. Must be purchased simultaneously with at least one VIOLA FAMILY ADULT ticket held by a parent or relative up to the 4th degree.
VIOLA FAMILY ADULT: Reserved for members belonging to the same VIOLA FAMILY group as the minor. At least one parent or relative up to the 4th degree of the VIOLA FAMILY UNDER 18 holder must be included.
By purchasing a VIOLA FAMILY ADULT season ticket, each holder agrees to assume full responsibility for supervising the minor(s) included in the VIOLA FAMILY group during entry, stay, and attendance at matches and events.
To verify eligibility and ensure minor protection, ACF Fiorentina reserves the right to conduct checks at any time, including at stadium entry points, by requesting documentation proving the declared family relationship and meeting eligibility criteria.
Should the requirements not be met, or if any statements prove false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate, ACF Fiorentina reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or revoke the affected season tickets without any entitlement to a refund, as set out in the applicable General Terms and Conditions.
In any case, ticket purchase and usage by minors, as well as access to and stay within the stadium, must comply with current Season Ticket Terms & Conditions and all regulations issued by ACF Fiorentina on its official channels.
