ACF Fiorentina and Sammontana extend partnership until 2022/23 season

Florence, 9 February 2021 – ACF Fiorentina and Sammontana can confirm that they have extended their existing partnership until the 2022/23 season. Fiorentina and Sammontana – an Empoli-based company that has been at the forefront of the ice cream and frozen bakery products industry for 60 years – have been partners for over 25 years now, a milestone which underscores the close ties between these two key players in the Florence area.


The partnership has evolved and progressed over the years as new opportunities have emerged – and never has that been more applicable than now. The agreement will feature joint digital activities, to be promoted on the club’s social media channels, brand-new app and relaunched website, giving Sammontana the chance to reinforce its relationship with the Viola fans through digital storytelling spanning from the brand’s origins to the present day.


Over the next two seasons, the Stadio Artemio Franchi will also be home to the new Sammontana Lounge, a branded area where guests of the partner will have the chance to experience match-days in an exclusive environment – the ideal way to combine passion for Fiorentina with public relations opportunities. The Sammontana logo will also feature on advertising at the stadium and on the club’s official channels.
