ACF Fiorentina is pleased to announce the signing of Italy international Valentina Giacinti on a loan deal from AC Milan. 

Born in Bergamo on 2 January 1994, Giacinti has spent the last three years with the Rossonere, having previously played for Atalanta, Napoli, Seattle, Mozzanica and Brescia.

The three-time top goalscorer in Serie A Femminile has an Italian Super Cup, a Washington State championship and an Evergreen Cup to her name, along with over 260 career goals and a return of two Champions League goals in six appearances.

The forward has represented the Azzurre at senior level since 2010, scoring 16 goals in 47 caps to date.

Giacinti has chosen to wear the number 19 for the Viole until the end of her loan on 30 June 2022.
