The “F4nskit: design the fourth shirt” contest, a first-of-its-kind competition launched last April in which fans were asked to come up with their own idea for the Viola’s official fourth jersey and complete the Kappa collection for the 2022/23 season, concludes today with the presentation of Fiorentina's fourth kit.

Fans and designers from all over the world got involved, sending in over 700 sketches inspired by Florence and the history of the Viola over a fortnight. There were six finalists and the most voted by Fiorentina fans was the shirt created by a Florentine designer, Fabrizio Bartoli. It is dark grey with full and fading diamond-shaped purple inserts, geometric lines with a ‘90s flavour while also being inspired by the shapes of the club’s new logo. It’s a shirt bursting with character which has won the most approval from the fans and has been reproduced by Kappa Sport in a kit which is completely faithful to the original concept.

Fabrizio shared his thoughts after finding out that he had won the contest: "Seeing my favourite team wear a shirt designed by me is a dream come true and fills me with pride."

The fourth kit will soon be worn by the Viola in one of their upcoming matches and will be available from tomorrow in all Fiorentina Stores and on www.fiorentinastore.com.
