Fiorentina coach Beppe Iachini speaks ahead of the clash with Napoli on Matchday 37 in Serie A at the Stadio Franchi.

ON PRESIDENT COMMISSO - "I've been in the world of football for 40 years - I listen to the President, never comment on them. In this case I want to thank the President for what he said, it underlines how tough it's been this season. The fact the President has said positive things about our work shows what kind of honest person he is - I thank him. I am happy I helped my Fiorentina, I am tied to this club and fans. I want to thank the club, the directors, the fans, the players. I have a strong bond with the players, that's why I returned to help them and get the team out of trouble. I am happy that the President is satisfied."

ON THE SEASON - "I've lived many seasons in football. This year was particularly difficult, because we lacked consistency in our work. I left after seven matches and returned after five months, with difficult games and a very tense situation. Not everything went the right way. I confess that after some matches it was tough, but the leader needs to stay focused. There was tension and fear, and that never helps. We did a good job and we're happy."

ON INDIVIDUALS - "Kokorin has been working with the group now, but naturally he needs time after two injuries. Let's see in the next couple of days. My idea is to give more chances to play to those who have had less, if there is the opportunity. Kouame started well this season, he scored at Inter. But then going forward he suffered some situations, it took a negative turn and even mentally he struggled."

ON BEING THE COACH AT FIORENTINA - "It's right that my time at Fiorentina will come to an end and that the club will take its own path. We did well all together. Fiorentina is my second home. It's pure passion, emotion. I am always motivated for Fiorentina, and am proud to have done my job. It's a special bond it's more than being a coach. It's beautiful to leave each other after these results, having done the maximum both as player and coach."

ON NAPOLI - "I'm focused on the next two games. Napoli are a great side. I have a great relationship with Gattuso, he is doing very well at Napoli. They have quality, ability. They've been fighting for the top spots for years, and are on top form, scoring 5-6 goals every week. We'll need a more than perfect game from our side. It's a complicated match, but we're used to complicated games."
