Fiorentina coach Giuseppe Iachini speaks ahead of the home clash against Atalanta, on Round 30 in Serie A.
ON THE MATCH - "We need the perfect match to get a positive result against Atalanta. We need to be careful, concentrated for 90 minutes. Atalanta have been working together for 5 years, and doing it well. We respect Atalanta, but as I told my players we need to do our best and try our best to get a result. We worked on different aspects on tactics. At Genoa despite going down to ten men we were solid, risked nothing. Being solid at the back is fundamental. Being organised then means we can also be attacking up front."
ON ATALANTA - "Atalanta have quality in all their players, the coach and the club have been working well. So every little mistake could cost us dearly. We need to be careful, and then attack well when we can. I voted for Gasperini as best Serie A coach of last season - a deserved reward for him and for all at Atalanta. Atalanta are complete in all sectors, they are aware of their strengths, they play knowing what to do, all members of the team have quality and are organised as a team."
ON INDIVIDUALS - "Ribery didn't want to harm the opponent [when he was sent off at Genoa]. We're sad not to have him, but the players are ready, I expect a lot from everyone. I still need to decide who will start. In any case, we'll need to be focused and ready, whoever plays. Perhaps expectations were too high on Amrabat. He is a very solid player, he fights in midfield, he has these qualities, but despite the price-tag he can't win matches on his own."
ON PRESIDENT COMMISSO - "President Commisso's presence is important for everyone - the players, the club, the fans. It gives extra spirit to everyone. I am happy to see him again, he has recognised the hard work. We're all happy to see him."
