ACF Fiorentina would like to thank Giuseppe Iachini, Cesare Prandelli and their respective backroom teams, all the first-team players, both those who will stay and those who will move on, and all our staff for helping see out what has been a very difficult campaign for Fiorentina.

Forty points are clearly far below the expectations we all had at the start of the season, although for the sake of clarity it should be said that 13th place is not – as some media outlets wrongly reported – the worst result since the club was reformed (16th-place finishes in 2004/05 and 2018/19 having been forgotten about).

In any case, this does not lesson our disappointment at not being able to bring our fans the joy they deserve and which we want and hope to obtain together from next season.
