The Fiorentina coach talks ahead of Fiorentina v Udinese, previewing the Serie A Round 5 clash at the Stadio Artemio Franchi.

TRUST - "The players believe in our work. The newcomers are slowly adapting. The league is long and we have the ability and the qualities to do well. The criticisms are normal when the results don't come."

MENTALITY -  "Our will is to create a team with an attacking mentality. But we're working to have balance. Out of about 45 training sessions since the beginning of the season we have completed maybe twenty - we had players travelling on international duty, and several injuries-"

PRESIDENT -  "President Commisso and the club see the quality of our work - considering we had to integrate several Primavera players too. Now no one has the magic wand, but now against an organised and skillful Udinese we will have to play a great game, playing our football."
